Why:

The Valorization Panel (VP) forms part of the organizational structure and exploitation and dissemination processes of its4land. One of the main priorities for its4land and the project partners is to be able to use and scale the research results in practical settings. In order to do so, a valorization panel will be set up consisting of users and potential users, that is, people who are prepared to valorize the research results and disseminate them among the target group they represent. The VP of the its4land project comprises representatives of different government organizations and agencies. This event was organized to inform the Rwandan its4land VP about the recent status and the latest developments in the project. We had a very good discussion about the social impact of its4land in Rwanda as well as about potential use cases of the its4land tools in collaboration with RISD and G.I.S Tech.
