‘Get Needs’, [its4land] work package 2, is underway! The project consortium gathered at ITC University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands, on February 2nd 2016, to unpack the work package – and get the collaborative process moving. Partners from Rwanda appeared in for the afternoon meeting. Joep Crompvoets and Bruno Broucker were on hand to lead the discussions – and invited strategic and operational input from the partners. ‘Get Needs’ is a lynch pin for the project – it establishes the basis and requirements for the tool design work packages that kick-off in month 6 of the project.
